Itinerary

Day01: Pathankot- Dharamshala
On arrival at Pathankot, our representative assists to transfer you to Dharamshala (90 kms/2 hours). On arrival check in at pre-booked hotel and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Dharamshala.

Day02: Dharamshala
Morning after breakfast, we go for a sightseeing tour of Mcleodganj, H.H Dalai Lama resides here. At the start of Mcleodganj is a small bazaar where one can enjoy shopping various handicrafts and artifacts. At the end is the famous Namgyal Monastery, whose external wall is surrounded by rows of prayer wheels. Inside the monastery are large idols of Buddha. Also visit the intricate and grandeur Church which is last resting place of Lord Elgin, a British Viceroy of India during the 19th Century. Various other ancient temples like Jwalamukhi, Brijeshwari and Chamunda are also important tourist attractions that lie on the plains below Dharamshala.

Day 03: Dharamshala - Dalhousie

Morning after breakfast we drive on wheel by surface to Dalhousie 130 Km /4 hrs. Dalhousie has marvellous forest trails overlooking the enchanting natural visits of wooded hills, magnificent and alluring waterfalls, spring and alluring rivulets. Dalhousie still has the touch of the colonial charm and its colonial style building and houses bring back the flavours of the bygone era. Check in at hotel on arrival, freshen up and take some rest at the comfort of the hotel room. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Dalhousie.

Day 04: Dalhousie
Morning after breakfast we go for a local sightseeing tour in Dalhousie. Dalhousie is also a major tourist destination and is known for its colonial architecture and intricate churches. The location presents the panoramic view of the plains and the mighty Rivers that twists and turns below Dalhousie. The magnificent and alluring view of the snow capped mountains also form the major attraction of Dalhousie. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Dalhousie.

Day 05: Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie
Morning after breakfast, we proceed to Khajjiar, a beautiful scenic spot lovingly called India's Switzerland. The panoramic view of the snow covered deodar and the picturesque lakes fed by the streams with scintillating surrounding truly makes Khajjair a naturalist paradise. Khajjiar is also the part of the notified Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary. Later we proceed to Chamba located on the right bank of the river Ravi. It is a picturesque spot known for its splendid architecture as well as it is also the base for numerous excursions. Return back on time to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Dalhousie.

Day 06: Delhousie- Pathankot ( departure )
